This paper analyzes the social construction of gendered and hierarchical body in photographic iconography involved in sex-afective virtual interactions between young argentines. Images were surveyed in social networks and analyzed with the Atlas-Ti software. The body and its acts are understood according dominant signifying codes. The processes of discipline and body control are chosen strategies to incorporate standards. In virtual space, visual language involves the construction of bodily iconography to represent individuals in interaction. In this paper we investigate the construction of these iconographies and its implications in the sense configurations of young argentines who participate in virtual networks. For the analysis of the photographs we used two techniques: the iconographic and iconological analysis. The first aims to systematically and inventory detailing the contents of the image in its formative iconic elements. The second allows the interpretation of the intrinsic meaning of photography, which requires additional data from other sources, such as sexual and gender patterns.
