Born with an egalitarian criterion to protect the weakest part of the labour relationship, the irruption of labour justice implied a sensible transformation in the experience of the workers and, no less, in that of the employers. The judgments of the new jurisdiction, which began operating in the sugar province of Tucumán in 1948, illustrate how their actions challenged the powers of the industrialists, violated the defended privacy of labour relations and contributed to limiting the actions of the sweet industry businessmen. In this context of concerns, the objective of this article is to analyse how in work spaces that even Peronism had circumvented, with enough diligence, state intervention, labour courts questioned traditional employers' conceptions, practices and prerogativesKey Words
