The paper analyses the evolution and characteristics of jobs and unemployment in the area of Gran Tucumán-Tafí Viejo in the different phases that constitute the 2003-2015 period. For this purpose, a description of the dynamics of the province economy and exports during those years is carried out, and an examination of the dynamics of the active and inactive populations, unemployment by field of work, informal sector employment, public employment and the current Employment Programs...
