In the summer of 1919, the Pro-Women’s Rights Association, led by Elvira Rawson de Dellepiane, carried out a national campaign with the purpose of obtain adhesions of support of the bills that were in preparation and that would be presented by Union Cívica Radical deputy, Rogelio Araya on July: Civil Emancipation and Female Suffrage.
