This article claims attention to the sociopolitical conflict in Latin America, which is currently characterized by the balkanization of subjects, demands and institutional and non-institutional spaces of protest and insubordination. Faced with such a diagnosis, the article locates the problem of solidarity among the multiplicity of subaltern political subjects that lead struggles. Offering a theoretical discussion that is part of the Marxist discussion, this article shows some keys to a theoretical approach on solidarity. In the first section, solidarity is located as part of a particular way of analyzing political subjectivities, the class. In the second and the third section, we justify how solidarity can relocate the constitution of alliances, networks and articulations beyond a "discursive equivalence"; and, thus, redirect the old problem of the unity of the political struggling subjects, as a political problem –and not an ontological, moral, or identity problem–, in the face of the infinite variety of phenomena of rebellion or resistance on the contemporary scene.Key Words
