This article systematizes and analyzes relationships and emerging challenges linked to the experience of producing knowledge together with girls and boys who live in an impoverished territory in a city in the interior of the province of Córdoba, in Argentina, during 2021. It discusses categories nodes such as the voice, agency and participation of children from a territorial and reflective work. For this reason, in methodological terms, ethnographic field records and other secondary sources are mainly used. From this situated and collective research process, the aim is to understand the complexity of the experiences of girls and boys, making visible their ability to produce knowledge about themselves, their neighborhood and their community. By way of conclusion, it is pointed out that girls and boys actively participate in the research processes based on their knowledge, questions and demands.Key Words
