The main purpose of this document is to describe each one of the functions of the OBC for nanosatellites (or Cubesats) to manage the payloads that are connected to it. The main functions of this board are: 1. data and commands exchanging to control experiment boards which are connected via Ethernet interface. 2. to receive telemetry data from the HPCA. 3. to be updated by HPCA in case the firmware is damaged or there is a new version of it. 4. to make a single report with data received from payloads, HPCA and the own data from embedded sensors. This ICD presents hardware, software and thermal interface requirements between the HPCA, OBC and payloads, which are located in Hosted Payload Bay (HPB) of the satellite. The purpose of the ICD is to specify interface requirements to be met by the participating sys- tems. It describes the concept of operations for the interface, defines the message structure and protocols which govern the interchange of data, and identifies the communication paths along which the data is expected to flow.
