Formó parte de un grupo de trabajo lleva a cabo actividades de investigación en el área de la Química (técnicas cromatográficas y espectrofotométricas), Ecofisiología (equipos de medición de fotosíntesis, conductancia estomática, presión xilemática, entre otros) y Biotecnología Agrícola (microbiología, expresión génica, marcadores moleculares), particularmente en el estudio de diversos factores que afectan los mecanismos de resistencia frente a estrés abióticos de distintas especies y la calidad de la composición de aceites derivados de semillas y frutos oleaginosos, mejoramiento vegetal y selección asistida por marcadores moleculares en los programas de mejoramiento de diversos cultivos regionales, tales como olivo y almendro. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
