Me dedico a la investigación de corte cualitativo y etnográfica en temas relacionados con salud ambiental, específicamente en poblaciones de niños y adolescentes en el sudoeste bonaerense. Me interesa indagar como los procesos de avance del neoextractivismo generan efectos en la salud de estas poblaciones a nivel físico, psíquico y social. He diseñado dispositivos y tecnologías de diagnóstico y de prevención en materia de salud. Todos mis aportes se aplican en esquemas traslacionales y desde la mirada de Una salud propuesta desde la Organización Mundial de la salud. Me he desempeñado en varias ocasiones como consultora de OIT y de UNICEF, actualmente dirijo el Instituto de Investigaciones en Ciencias de la Salud (IICS) de la Universidad Nacional del Sur en Bahia Blanca. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
