Integro el Laboratorio de Comunicaciones de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la UNMDP, y el Instituto ICYTE, en la misma unidad. Mi capacitación de postgrado (Maestría y Doctorado) fue desarrollada en el tema de la codificación para el control de errores, y en general todo lo relacionado con las comunicaciones digitales y transmisión y redes de datos. Dirijo un proyecto de investigación subsidiado por la UNMDP relacionado con aplicaciones de la Teoría de la Información y Comunicaciones, incluyendo la codificación para el control de errores, el cifrado y compresión de datos, y las técnicas de modulación y tratamiento de señales. Se desarrollan aplicaciones para la tecnología de las redes de datos fijas e inalámbricas e implementaciones prácticas de esta tecnología en dispositivos electrónicos programables (FPGAs).También estamos desarrollando aplicaciones del marco teórico abarcado en el terreno de la asistencia a personas con capacidades diferentes, y aplicaciones bio-médicas basadas en los conceptos de la teoría electromagnética en el desarrollo de sensores bio-médicos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
