Tengo amplia experiencia en ensayos de laboratorio con gasterópodos acuáticos, su mantenimiento y reproducción en condiciones controladas de laboratorio. Preparación de homogenatos. Experiencia en bioensayos de toxicidad con pesticidas y evaluación de organismos como indicadores de contaminación acuática por pesticidas y por muestras de agua ambientales de sitios con contaminación antrópica. Determinación de actividades de enzimas colinesterasas, detoxificantes y antioxidantes con métodos de espectrofotometría. Fijación y análisis de material histológico.
