Doctor en Ciencias Sociales por la Universidad de Buenos Aires con calificación summa cumme laude y recomendación de publicación. Es especialista en migraciones y género, en particular estudia las migraciones de las personas que pertenecen al colectivo LGTBIQ+. Miembro de la cátedra de Metodología de la Investigación Social I, II y III en la carrera de Sociología de la UBA (Cohen-Moreno y Gómez Rojas). Se desarrolla como investigador formado en proyectos UBACyT, PRII y PICT, además de dirigir un proyecto PRII avalado por la UBA que cuenta con subsidios. Posee conocimientos de técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas de investigación que ha aplicado en el estudio de la interculturalidad. Además es profesor en talleres de tesis doctorales en UCES (Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales) y UMSA (Universidad del Museo Social Argentino).
