Me desempeño en el área de Biotecnología Molecular desde el año 2010. Realicé mi trabajo de grado y pasantías en Biotecnología enzimática en hongos basidiomicetes de la selva paranaense. De 2015 a 2019 realicé un doctorado en Ciencias Aplicadas trabajando en el aprovechamiento de residuos agroindustriales del noreste argentino para producir enzimas hidrolíticas fúngicas las cuales se utilizó en la hidrólisis enzimática de biomasa y se obtuvo azúcares fermentables para fermentarlos a bioetanol 2...
Me desempeño en el área de Biotecnología Molecular desde el año 2010. Realicé mi trabajo de grado y pasantías en Biotecnología enzimática en hongos basidiomicetes de la selva paranaense. De 2015 a 2019 realicé un doctorado en Ciencias Aplicadas trabajando en el aprovechamiento de residuos agroindustriales del noreste argentino para producir enzimas hidrolíticas fúngicas las cuales se utilizó en la hidrólisis enzimática de biomasa y se obtuvo azúcares fermentables para fermentarlos a bioetanol 2G. De 2020 a 2023 tuve una beca posdoctoral en el uso de residuos de la agroindustria para obtener compuestos bioactivos (xilooligosacáridos y antioxidantes). Actualmente, soy investigadora asistente y trabajo en la búsqueda de compuestos bioactivos en residuos agroindustriales, particularmente con aquellos que presentan actividad antiviral sobre el dengue.
