Inicié mi carrera profesional en el CIGB realizando mi tesis de grado, utilizando técnicas como SDS-PAGE, WESTER BLOT y ELISA. Luego continúo mi formación caracterizando diferentes productos por cromatografía de gel filtración, estableciendo métodos para la cuantificación del Tween 80, realizando pruebas tecnológicas de secado por spray-dryer, evaluando la estabilidad de formulaciones por RP-HPLC, pH, D.O a 280nm, realizando estudios de inmunogenicidad y estudios de liofilización. Actualmente trabajo en Microscopía Electrónica, realizando el procesamiento de muestras en líneas celulares o tejidos de pacientes y necropsias con SARS-CoV-2 para (MET) y Confocal. Además de los cortes ultrafinos de las muestras a visualizar a través del MET y elaborando las membranas de fomvar-carbón para técnicas de Tinción Negativa. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
