Manejo varias herramientas bioinformaticas entre las que se encuentran Blast, Fpocket, VMD, Pymol, Psortb, P2rank, Autodock4, MAFFT, BMGE, PHYml entre otras.Tambien tengo experiencia en tecnicas de Biologia Molecular: Transformacion bacteriana, induccion a la expresion proteica de proteinas recombinantes, purificacion proteica, ensayos de actividad enzimatica y WESTERN blot entre otras.
