El énfasis en mi experticia es diseño, síntesis, caracterización y aplicabilidad de (nano-)materiales macromoleculares funcionalizados, inteligentes, responsivos y reversibles, incluyendo el diseño y síntesis de precursores y bloques constructores, síntesis de novedosos monómeros, modificadores orgánicos y (co)poliméricos. Esto permite introducir funcionalidades, inducir comportamientos y generar arquitecturas necesarias para que el (nano)material resultante posea las propiedades y comportamientos requeridos.La interdisciplinaridad adquirida en mis etapas de formación y experiencias profesionales, contribuirá a estudiar y aplicar los sistemas generados tanto a nivel fundamental como aplicado y tecnológico. La explotación de la interdisciplinaridad basada principalmente en síntesis orgánica, química de polímeros y de los (nano)materiales será nuestra área fundamental. Así, metodologías de síntesis orgánica, diversas técnicas de polimerización (por ej.: polimerizaciones vivientes como ATRP, RAFT, GRIM, y aniónica; en solución, emulsión y miniemulsiones) y grafting serán combinadas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
