Ingresé el Departamento de Hemostasia y Trombosis (IIHEMA) en 2014, con el objetivo de desarrollar investigaciones sobre microangiopatías trombóticas (MAT) asociadas al complemento. Mi formación academica en el extranjero (Francia) me permitió adquirir experiencias tanto en técnicas de biología celular (cultivo celular, modelo in vivo de ratones) y molecular (Western-blot, PCR semi-cuantitativa) como de bioquímica (ELISA). Estoy actualmente encargada del estudio de marcadores moleculares en SUHa y marcadores de activación del complemento, cuyos desarrollos son obtenidos gracias al registro de pacientes con PTT/SUHa y otras MAT que llevamos adelante en el Departamento de Hemostasia y Trombosis del IIHEMA. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
