Durante mi tesis de licenciatura, exploré el papel de la actividad eléctrica espontánea (AEE) en el desarrollo de circuitos sensoriales en el pez cebra. Utilicé técnicas como microscopía confocal, microinyecciones embrionarias, manipulación genética (transgénesis), análisis neuroanatómico (rastreo axonal) y análisis de imágenes (ImageJ). Además, programé en Python y RStudio.Recibí la beca EVC-CIN 2020 en el Laboratorio de Depino, donde desarrollé un modelo de desmielinización transitoria en la corteza prefrontal medial de ratones mediante inyecciones de lisolecitina (LPC). Caractericé los fenotipos microgliales (M1/M2) en respuesta a la desmielinización y estudié su impacto en la remielinización y el comportamiento social, empleando cirugía estereotáxica, inmunohistoquímica, pruebas comportamentales de interacción social y tratamientos con minociclina y lipopolisacárido (LPS). También investigué las diferencias de sexo en la función microglial y su influencia en la remielinización y la sociabilidad en el contexto del trastorno del espectro autista (TEA). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
