Desarrollé experiencia en el área clínica con una Beca PRAE (UNLP, 2020) para diagnóstico de COVID-19 mediante RT-PCR. En 2021 realicé una pasantía en el Htal. San Juan de Dios, rotando por hematología y química clínica. En el mismo año, obtuve una Beca de Estímulo (CIN) para investigar inmunología de mucosas en el IIFP (UNLP) bajo la dirección del Dr. Fernando Chirdo. El proyecto se centró en el análisis de vías de muerte en intestino delgado en enfermedad celíaca. Perfeccioné técnicas como ex... El proyecto se centró en el análisis de vías de muerte en intestino delgado en enfermedad celíaca. Perfeccioné técnicas como extracción de ADN y proteínas, western blot, y tinción y análisis por inmunofluorescencia e inmunohistoquímica. En 2022, obtuve una Beca Doctoral ANPCyT para trabajar en el INIGEM (UBA ?CONICET) bajo la dirección de la Dra. Eloisa Arana. En mi proyecto utilizo amígdalas como modelo para estudiar inmunología en mucosa orofaríngea. Realicé citometrías de flujo, cultivo celular y ensayos bienzimáticos para determinar subpoblaciones linfocitarias y sus cambios con la edad, además del análisis de especies bacterianas predominantes usando Next-generation sequencing.
