Actualmente trabajo en espintróncia en la caracterización de Pseudo Válvulas de Espín (PSV) caracterizadas por tunelamento magnetorresistente con interacción espín-órbita, en heteroestructuras híbridas compuesta por Capa(1)/semiconductor/Capa(2), donde la Capa(i) pueden ser un semiconductor magnético o magnéticamente diluido. Las PSV son analizadas con campos eléctricos y magnéticos en diferentes magnitudes y direcciones. Los resultados se obtenidos han sido analíticos y en gran parte mediante métodos numéricos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
