Durante el cursado de la carrera he tenido contacto con múltiples campos de aplicación de la microbiología, tales como la biotecnología vegetal, diagnóstico clínico, epidemiologia, mantención de la biodiversidad ambiental, biorremediación, desarrollo de productos biotecnológicos industriales, entre otros. A raíz de mi trabajo en laboratorio de investigación manejo técnicas de cultivo microbiológico, adaptación de medios de cultivo, identificación microbiana, técnicas moleculares (PCR, qPCR), microscopia convencional y de fluorescencia relaciones entre organismos en condiciones de laboratorio, técnicas de crecimiento vegetal y determinación de variables de crecimiento. He estudiado capacidades clave de un microorganismo para que pueda ser considerado un agente de biocontrol estratégico con potencial comercial en el futuro. También he adquirido capacidades de liderazgo, comunicación, colaboración interdisciplinaria y capacidad de divulgación publica de la ciencia. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
