Desarrollar procesos fitofermentativos en biorreactores para la producción de metabolitos secundarios de manera continua, reproducible y sustentable con el medio ambiente mediante la aplicación combinada de estrategias de ingeniería metabólica, elicitación, remoción in situ y estrés hidrodinámico en cultivos in vitro vegetales.
