Bióloga con diferentes áreas de interés como Citogenética, Biología molecular y genética de enfermedades. En mi formación como investigadora he adquirido un amplio conocimiento en el manejo de cultivos celulares, animales y muestras biológicas humanas. También he adquirido destreza en diferentes técnicas moleculares como extracción de ADN de plasma y de células transicionales de vejiga, PCR/RFLPs, PCR metilación gen especifica, qPCR y ChIP-qPCR. Manejo técnicas como Western Blot, inmunoprecipit... Bióloga con diferentes áreas de interés como Citogenética, Biología molecular y genética de enfermedades. En mi formación como investigadora he adquirido un amplio conocimiento en el manejo de cultivos celulares, animales y muestras biológicas humanas. Tengo dominio en técnicas citogenéticas en células humanas como establecimiento de cultivo celulares en microplatos, Cariotipo y bandeo cromosómico, intercambio de cromátidas hermanas, alteraciones cromósomicas, micronucleos por bloqueo con citocalacina B. Finalmente hago uso de bases de datos publicas como GEO, TCGA y METABRIC.
