Con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia de las celdas solares fabricadas mediante perovskitas de haluros organometálicos eh adquirido conocimiento en síntesis de películas por spin coating y por el método de plasma-CVD. Mediante la técnica de spin coating hemos obtenidos perovskitas tipo MAPI y FAMI, mientras que por el método de plasma-CVD hemos generado depósitos de películas de carbón amorfo tipo diamante (DLC).Luego, para el estudio de las propiedades optoelectrónicas de las películas eh utilizado las técnicas de efecto Hall, conductividad en función de la temperatura y espectrofotometría entre otras. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
