Farmacéutica recibida en la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas en la UNLP (Universidad Nacional de La Plata). Actualmente soy becaria doctoral interna de UNER-CONICET y curso el Doctorado en Ingeniería con mención en Ciencia y Tecnología de Alimentos dictado por la Facultad de Ciencias de la Alimentación de la UNER. Mi plan de trabajo se denomina Diseño y caracterización de sistemas de encapsulación de cannabinoides para mejorar su estabilidad y biodisponibilidad y evaluación de sus efectos en un modelo in vivo del trastorno del espectro autista. Pertenezco al grupo DyMACRER (Desarrollo y Mejoramiento de Alimentos de Calidad a partir de Recursos de Entre Ríos) con lugar de trabajo en el Instituto de Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos de Entre Ríos (ICTAER) de doble dependencia CONICET-UNER, sede Facultad de Bromatología de Gualeguaychú. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
