Mi labor se centra en reconstruir la historia evolutiva de grupos megadiversos de la subtribu Philonthina (Staphylinidae), con especial énfasis en el análisis de las transiciones hacia la mirmecofilia y termitofilia bajo un enfoque de evidencia total. Mediante la integración de datos morfológicos, marcadores moleculares y análisis biogeográficos, mi investigación resuelve relaciones filogenéticas en contextos espacio-temporales, aportando al conocimiento de la biodiversidad y los patrones de diversificación biótica en la región Andina y Neotropical.
