Monitoreo y caracterización química del material particulado (MP) en suspensión en el aire ambiente en sus fracciones MP10 y MP2.5, de la región del Gran La Plata (La Plata, Berisso y Ensenada). Los estudios se enfocan principalmente en el monitoreo (estacionalmente) de ambas fracciones de MP y en la determinación en las mismas de los niveles de hidrocarburos aromáticos policíclicos(HAPs), y metales pesados (Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni, etc) dada su conocida toxicidad y presencia en estos aerosoles. Muestreo y procesamiento de material particulado sedimentable. Determinación de parámetros fisicoquímicos y microbiológicos en muestras de agua. Manejo de Técnicas de Rayos X y Técnicas de Análisis Elemental, basados en metodología estandarizada y no estandarizada. Aplicación de técnicas de pre-tratamiento y cuantificación por métodos cromatográficos (HPLC-UV/DAD, GC-FID, GC-MS). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
