Actual Becaria Doctoral en INSIBIO-CONICET.Fui estudiante asociada en Yale University, School of Medicine, USA desde 2013 hasta Marzo 2018. Desempeñé la coordinación y manejo del laboratorio, y participé en proyectos de investigación. Se realizaron estudios in vivo para identificar un grupo de genes modificadores de la cromatina en el desarrollo neurológico temprano, presentes en tipos celulares específicos durante el desarrollo cortical de raton, y estudios in vitro en células madre neuronales humanas. Tambien realicé estudios del desarrollo cardiovascular utilizando pez cebra como modelo animal. Adquirí habilidades en técnicas de edición genómica con CRISPR/Cas9, microinyeccion de embriones, tecnica de Hibridacion in situ e inmunohistoquimica, ChIP-seq, single cell RNA-sequencing utilizando la plataforma 10X genomics, cultivo in vitro de células humanas, transfección celular, extracción y manipulación de DNA y RNA, citometría de flujo, microscopía y análisis de datos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
