Me desarrollo en técnicas de biología molecular y celular, tales como diseño de primers/oligos, transformaciones bacterianas, obtención de ADN complementario, extracción de ARN y ADN,limpieza y purificación de ARN, PCR convencional y PCR en tiempo real, RT-PCR,purificación de PCR, electroforesis con geles de agarosa, cultivos celulares, Concentración mínima inhibitoria, tinciones con colorantes básicos, dilución en placas y microplacas, preparación de medios selectivos y cuento con un leve conocimiento en microscopia confocal y de trasmisión y ensayos de motilidad. Del mismo modo me he desarrollado en técnicas de cultivos celulares, cromatografía, citometría de flujo y PCR digital. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
