Conocimientos en el área de la bioinformática y bioestadística aplicada a las ciencias ómicas relacionadas a la biología del cáncer con impacto clinico: análisis de sobrevida, apliación de modelos estadísticos, análisis a partir de datos de RNA-seq o Microarray y single-cell RNA-seq, tales como expresión diferencial de genes, análisis del microambiente tumoral, análisis de inferencia de actividad de genes y vías de señalización, etc. Conocimientos en el área de programación, lenguajes: R y Python.
