Se desempeña como investigadora en el Instituto de Estudios de América Latina y el Caribe. Sus investigaciones actuales están vinculadas a las temáticas de juventud, trabajo, territorio y género. Ha participado en el diseño, gestión, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos de seguimiento y evaluación de políticas públicas y programas sociales para organismos públicos y ONGS. Ha dictado cursos de grado y de posgrado en sus áreas de expertise.
