Enfocada en la historia contemporánea latinoamericana inicie un incipiente camino de investigación sobre los procesos de discusión y sanción de leyes educativas en la región. En ese marco se abren dos líneas teóricas sobre las que giran los trabajos de investigación realizados, por un lado la teoría política y de Estado y por el otro lado las ciencias de la educación. Como marco y dirección del trabajo realizado se encuentra la perspectiva decolonial para reflexionar sobre las problemáticas estudiadas y realizar aportes tanto para el ámbito académico como para el ámbito social y político. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
