Patricio Gabriel Freire se convirtió en Director de mi beca de investigación, en el marco del Instituto de Investigaciones en Desarrollo Urbano, Tecnología y Vivienda (IIDUTyV), integrando el programa HÁBITAT Y CIUDADANÍA (PHyC) en la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Diseño de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, y siendo parte en los proyectos de investigación y extensión como becario de la C.I.N., en primer instancia. Los ejes de las investigaciones estuvieron enmarcadas en la búsqueda de soluciones y aportes a los campos de las TECNOLOGÍAS SOCIALES y el HÁBITAT POPULAR, con una fuerte base territorial.
