Experiencia en ML, algoritmos para desarrollo de drogas y análisis estadístico con Python y R. Uso de las bibliotecas scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib, Pandas, RDkit, Sqlite3 y openbabel. Análisis de secuencias genómicas y proteínas con Blast, Hmmer. Pruebas de Docking para interacción proteína-droga.
