Estudie la carrera de bioquímica, que posee incumbencias principalmente en el Laboratorio Clínico, pero también en otros campos como Genética, Microbiología, Bromatología, Toxicología. Fui beneficiaria de una beca EVC-CIN (2018-2019) donde aprendí a realizar técnicas de cultivo(preparación de cultivo y siembra) y técnicas de biología molecular: Extracción de ADN (cultivos bacterianos y muestras ambientales), clonación, preparación de genotecas, PCR, generación de patrones de RLFPs, purificación de plásmidos, obtención de secuencias de 16s, búsqueda en bases de datos del NCBI, obtención de curvas de rarefacción, realización de árboles filogenéticos. Todo esto puede ser aplicado al conocimiento de comunidades bacterianas en una muestra ambiental u otra tipo de muestra. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
