Investigo nanomateriales desde una perspectiva teórica utilizando Simulaciones Computacionales como Dinámica Molecular (DM), Monte Carlo (MC), y Monte Carlo Cinético (MCC). Tambien realizo estudios cuánticos basado en la teoría del funcional de la densidad (DFT) tanto para producir resultados per se como para fabricar potenciales que puedan ser luego utilizados en DM o MC.Domino técnicas de programación (fortran, python, bash), cálculo cuántico (QUANTUM ESPRESSO, DACAPO, VASP) y de estudio de sistemas en la nanoescala (dinámica molecular, monte carlo, monte carlo cinético). Así también, hago uso cotidiano de varios programas para analizar datos (Xmgrace, gnuplot, VMD, ovito, avogadro) y pata publicarlos (LaTex, office, gimp).Los campos en los que se aplican estas técnicas son muy diversos. He estudiado y publicado en revistas científicas en las siguientes áreas:- Electroquímica- Catalizadores de la reacción de hidrógeno- Energía renovable y sustentable- Ciencia de superficies- Propiedades de nanomateriales. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
