Participación en campaña de muestreo, recolección muestras de agua y sedimentos. Se cuantificaron in situ con un equipo de campo multiparamétrico HORIBA en agua superficial: pH, conductividad, temperatura, sólidos disueltos y turbidez. En laboratorio se determinó la concentración de aniones/cationes mayoritarios por titulación en muestra de agua. Sobre las muestras de sedimento se midió el pH, Eh, %humedad(gravimetría),sulfuros volátiles en ácido(método de purga y trampa), %MO(calcinación),[SO42-](turbidimetría) y la capacidad de acidificación. Se realizaron enriquecimientos de bacterias aeróbicas y anaeróbicas, desarrollando ensayos de adhesión bacteria-arcilla, utilizando arcillas patrones extraídas por columna de Atterberg *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
