Mis estudios se centran en examinar los efectos de microplásticos de distinta composición y de distintos tamaños sobre biofilm fluvial, consumidores de biofilm y a nivel ecosistémico, en ambientes lóticos pampeanos. Además, poseo experticia en ciencia participativa, ya que desde el 2021 formo parte del proyecto de ciencia ciudadana "Preservamos" reconocido por el MinCyT, donde actualmente soy co-directora.
