En mi trabajo profesional he realizado una ayudantía de investigación en Farmacología adquiriendo un manejo de animales de laboratorio, con uso de tests conductuales (Laberinto en cruz y Test de plancha caliente). Mi trabajo de tesina de grado se desarrolló en un laboratorio de medicina translacional, donde adquirí dominio de técnicas de biología celular y molecular, entre ellas inmunohistoquímica e Inmunocitoquímica, cultivos organotípicos y celulares, aislamiento de vesículas extracelulares mediante ultracentrifugación diferencial, Western Blot, uso de microscopia óptica y de fluorescencia. Además del uso de software de análisis de datos e imágenes como son FIJI/ImageJ, Graphpad y paquete Microsoft Office. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
