Esterilización de material de laboratorio en autoclave, preparación de medios de cultivo, reactivos, manejo de equipo de laboratorio como micropipetas, centrifugas, termociclador, pHmetro, balanza analítica, bloque térmico, reactivos de biología molecular, material biológico, entre otros. Cultivo de organismos procariotas. Extracción y purificación de ADN mediante protocolos caseros y kits de extracción comercial, amplificación de secuencias de ADN por PCR. Electroforesis de ácidos nucleicos, conjugación bacteriana. Detección de mecanismos moleculares que median resistencia a antibióticos en cepas bacterianas de origen clínico. Detección de genes de interés para diagnóstico del agente causal del Mal de Chagas. Manejo de datos experimentales para investigación clínica, métodos de procesamiento estadístico, procesamiento de información mediante herramientas bioinformáticas: alineamiento de secuencias nucleotídicas del NCBI BLAST, Clustalw2, Bioedit, edición de imágenes (ImageDP, ImageJ). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
