Desarrollo de nuevas técnicas de microscopía de súper resolución. En particular, de métodos capaces de alcanzar resolución espacial por debajo de 10 nm. En estos desarrollos, combino métodos de campo amplio como DNA PAINT o STORM, de barrido/confocal como STED, y métodos de última generación como MINFLUX o RASTMIN. En los nuevos desarrollos, proponemos nuevas modalidades de excitación, así como también formas de estimar la posición de moléculas fluorescentes que sean eficientes en el uso de fotones detectados. Toda nueva metodología incluye un marco de análisis desarrollado en Python y puesto a disposición de la comunidad científica. Cada nuevo metodo es utilizado para estudiar sistemas biológicos como pueden ser células HeLa en cultivo, cultivo primario de neuronas hipocampales, tejidos neuronales, entre otros. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
