En el año 2018 ingresé al laboratorio de Reproducción, Anticoncepción y Menopausia dirigido por la Dra. Jaita en el INBIOMED, UBA-CONICET. Allí realicé mi tesina de licenciatura titulada "Acción citoprotectora de la Humanina frente al estrés oxidativo en el ovario y su relación con la madurez gonadal", defendida en marzo 2021, obteniendo así el título de licenciatura en Cs Biológicas en la FCEN-UBA. Actualmente, me encuentro desarrollando mi tesis doctoral bajo la dirección de la Dra Jaita y la... Allí realicé mi tesina de licenciatura titulada "Acción citoprotectora de la Humanina frente al estrés oxidativo en el ovario y su relación con la madurez gonadal", defendida en marzo 2021, obteniendo así el título de licenciatura en Cs Biológicas en la FCEN-UBA. Actualmente, me encuentro desarrollando mi tesis doctoral bajo la dirección de la Dra Jaita y la Co-dirección de la Dra Peluffo del CEDIE-CONICET, en el marco de una beca CONICET otorgada en el año 2021. El proyecto tiene como objetivo estudiar el rol fisiológico de la Humanina (péptido mitocondrial con efectos citoprotectores) en el ovario, en particular durante la foliculogénesis. Para ello realizo experimentos in vitro, que involucran el cultivo de folículos antrales y de COC (complejo cumulus-ovocito). Empleo técnicas de cultivo, manejo de animales, RT-qPCR, flurometria, inmunofluorescencia, TUNEL, western blot, actividad enzimática, microscopia de epifluorescencia y confocal.
