La formación como ingeniero físico involucró experiencia en el sinterizado de semiconductores dopados, crecimiento de películas delgadas, caracterizaciones y la experiencia en operación y mantenimiento de los equipos. Durante el doctorado en el Instituto Balseiro, se adquirió conocimiento acerca del crecimiento de capas moleculares, interacción de iones y átomos con superficies y las técnicas asociadas. Además se realizó el diseño y construcción, mantenimiento y operación de equipamiento en ult... La formación como ingeniero físico involucró experiencia en el sinterizado de semiconductores dopados, crecimiento de películas delgadas, caracterizaciones y la experiencia en operación y mantenimiento de los equipos. Durante el doctorado en el Instituto Balseiro, se adquirió conocimiento acerca del crecimiento de capas moleculares, interacción de iones y átomos con superficies y las técnicas asociadas. Además se realizó el diseño y construcción, mantenimiento y operación de equipamiento en ultra alto vacío. La etapa post-doctoral en curso involucra conocimientos en micro y nano fabricación de dispositivos tales como: sensores de radiación y deformaciones mecánicas. Esto llevo a ganar el concurso IB50k y empezar la constitución de un emprendimiento en esta área. Recientemente se realizo la puesta en marcha de un equipo de crecimiento por haces moleculares además se realizaron crecimientos de obleas semiconductoras III-V y sus caracterizaciones. El objetivo es la fabricación de láseres y sensores de luz infrarrojos, importantes para aplicaciones en el área de energía y satelital.
