Desarrollo de un método de producción de polioles a partir de aceite de soja para su aplicación en la industria del poliuretano. Diseño de reactor y ensayos a escala piloto para la síntesis de bioepóxidos y biopolioles de soja. Evaluación de los polioles obtenidos en formulaciones de poliuretanos biobasados. Modelado cinético de las reacciones mediante el software G-Proms PSE v3.2.0. Caracterización fisicoquímica de los biopolioles. Diseño y escalado del proceso. Aplicación de materiales zeolíticos en la revalorización de biomasa vegetal. Manejo de técnicas analíticas: H-RMN, GC, GC-MS, HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR y análisis volumétrico. Determinación de DQO, diseño óptimo de experimentos, modelado de superficie de respuesta y análisis estadístico. Inmovilización de catalizadores. Investigación educativa: aplicación de técnicas de ABP para desarrollar competencias específicas en estudiantes de Ingeniería Química e Ingeniería en Sistemas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
