Durante mi pasantía como tesista de licenciatura y actual becario doctoral del laboratorio de fisiología vegetal - acuaporinas he adquirido una gran experiencia en diferentes campos del trabajo en el laboratorio como: El uso de técnicas de mediciones fisiológicas en plantas: Uso de cámaras de presión para mediciones conductancia hidráulicas de raíz y vástago en arabidopsis, cebada y sorgo; Mediciones de conductividad estomática con porómetro, Licor y de forma gravimétrica; Mediciones de osmolaridad con osmómetro; Mediciones de parámetros hidráulicos, contenido relativo de agua, biomasa, eficiencia del uso del agua. Propagación, crecimiento y mantenimiento de material vegetal de arabidopsis, cebada y sorgo; Armado de sistemas de cultivos hidropónicos; Cultivos en cámaras, invernadero y campo.Análisis de datos, estadística y armado de gráficos: Programa R, infostat, excel. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
