Durante mi formación de grado he sido pasante en diferentes laboratorios de investigación (CEBICEM e INIMEC/CONICET). En este período he adquirido experticia en cultivos celulares primarios y de líneas, ensayos de biología celular (inmunofluorescencia, western blot, inmunohistoquímica) y molecular (RT-qPCR). Además, he empleado diversas técnicas de recolección de datos como microscopía óptica, microscopía confocal, microscopía de fluorescencia, tests colorimétricos y análisis bioinformáticos. He realizado ensayos tanto in vitro como in vivo empleando ratones y ratas (ligación de carótidas, cultivos primarios de carótidas y aorta abdominal).Los principales campos en los que he adquirido esta experticia han sido bioquímica y biología molecular, principalmente asociado al estudio del remodelado vascular. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
