La investigación que llevamos a cabo está centrada en la biología de un tumor y su microambiente, en comprender la influencia e interaccion del MAT, en el origen, desarrollo y diseminacion en particular del melanoma, teniendo en cuenta aspectos claves de la biologia del tumor, tales como el desarrollo de hipoxia. Para ello utilizamos tecnicas como inmunohistoquimica, tecnicas colorimetricas, citometria de flujo, PCR, cultivos tridimensionales, entre otras. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
