Desde 2017 desarrollo mi investigación en biología tumoral, inicialmente en cáncer colorrectal y actualmente en melanoma cutáneo. Mi trabajo se centra en comprender cómo la hipoxia y la activación del eje HIF en el estroma modulan la progresión y metástasis tumoral. Poseo experiencia en modelos 2D y 3D (esferoides y microtumores), co-cultivos tumor-estroma y análisis funcional de la interacción celular. Domino técnicas de cultivo celular, edición génica y silenciamiento (shRNA), RT-qPCR, Wester...
