En el marco de la realización de tesina de grado, me entrené en la obtención de un modelo animal para el estudio de la programación fetal por exceso de andrógenos, y realicé extracción de ARN, de proteínas y de lípidos. Con estas, lleve a cabo RT-PCR, Q-PCR, Western Blot y cuantificación de lípidos.
