Los objetivos principales se basan en:Estudiar la diversidad fúngica perteneciente al género Fusarium presente en distintos sustratos.Identificar el potencial toxicogénico y/o las toxinas producidas por los patógenos.Evaluar la variabilidad patogénica y genética de especies del género Fusarium.Identificar germoplasma resistente/tolerante a la enfermedad y/o acumulación de toxinas causadas por las especies del género Fusarium.Estudiar los mecanismos de interacción fisiológicos y moleculares relacionados a la señalización y expresión de distintos genes involucrados en patosistemas, utilizando como especies modelos a Brachypodium distachyon y Arabidopsis thaliana, para aumentar el conocimiento de interacción y poder identificar genes de interés. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
