En Mayo del 2023 comencé una pasantía (la cual continúo en la actualidad) en el laboratorio especializado en Biología Molecular del Grupo Srebrow en el Instituto de Fisiología, Biología Molecular y Neurociencias (UBA-CONICET). Durante éste tiempo fui capacitado en técnicas que me permiten estudiar mecanismos moleculares relacionados con la regulación de la expresión génica, como lo son por ejemplo Western Blot, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, manejo de cultivos celulares animales, transfección y transducción celular, microscopía de fluorescencia, Inmunoprecipitación de proteínas, Co-Inmunoprecipitación de proteínas y ChIP. Dichas técnicas me han permitido estudiar interacción entre proteínas, e interacción entre proteínas y ácidos nucleicos. Es remarcable que mi rápido aprendizaje de las distintas técnicas comentadas anteriormente es en parte gracias a mi experiencia trabajando como técnico de laboratorio durante 3 años y 3 meses en el área de Cultivo Celular Masivo del Centro de Biotecnología Industrial del INTI bajo la dirección del Dr. Martín Blasco, previo a mi ingreso al Grupo Srebrow. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
